Designed for optimal adsorption, water passes through the full length of the carbon bed, ensuring thorough filtration. Spectrum ECB Carbon and SSP Sediment Filters

ECB Carbon filter made from Acid Washed Bituminous Carbon. This filter delivers chlorine reduction efficiency levels of 60%.

The Spectrum ECB Carbon Filter is a higher grade filter to the Spectrum CB Carbon Filter.

Used primarily in small R/O Systems to provide protection from chlorine which harms the membrane sheet.

The Spectrum SSP Polypropylene Filter has a higher surface area and enhanced dirt holding capacity over the Spectrum ESP range, which is why we use this filter in our systems.

Not suitable for drinking water.

Made from Polypropylene giving it an 80% efficiency.

This WRAS approved filter bundle combines a large diameter carbon block cartridge with a high-capacity spun sediment filter, designed for use with 10" Big Blue (Jumbo) filter housings. Together, they provide effective pre-filtration, improving water quality and protecting downstream systems such as reverse osmosis membranes.

Carbon Block Cartridge (ECB-5-93/4-LD)
